  1. I have had several bad experiences with incompetent solicitors. I don't think it is advisable to post specific details, for legal reasons. What I have done in the past which I recommend is to make a report to the Legal Services Commissioner. eg. in VIC details can be found at www.lsc.vic.gov.au or PH: 1300 796 344. The Legal Services Commissioner can investigate the conduct and take disciplinary action against the lawyer. P.S. You certainly get taken seriously by the Lawter once you submit a formal complaint :-)
